Jaye is a registered Occupational Therapist (2022)
Since completing her master’s degree in occupational therapy in 2022, Jaye has worked with both Adults and Children in clinical, home, school, business and online settings.
She works with adults and children living with a variety of disabilities.
Jaye strongly values a holistic development of children and collaboration with their families in her service provision.
Jaye can provide assessment and intervention services in the following areas of development and daily living skills:
- Neurodiversity including ASD and ADHD
- Functional Capacity Assessments
- Mealtimes, sleep, and toileting
- Gross and fine motor skills
- Functional Capacity Assessments
- Sensory processing difficulties
- Play and learning
- Social and emotional skills
- Self-care
- Daily living skills
- Medico-legal work
- Low cost assistive technology
Currently, Jaye is available for referrals from self, NDIS, Medicare and other third parties. For Medicare she can see clients who have a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM), GP Management Plan (GPMP), Team Care Arrangement (TCA) or an Autism Spectrum Disorder Plan.
Jaye does not see Aged Care clients

Fee Schedule:
- $200 per hour for fully Private, Medicare or Private Health Fund (2 business days full fee cancellation policy)
- Medicare: Chronic Disease Management, Team Care Arrangements, Developmental Delay Items, ASD Items
- Medicare Rebate Chronic Disease management 10958 20min+ $60.35
- NDIS: The Maximum NDIS Rate for OT’s (2 clear business days full fee cancellation policy as per NDIS rules)
