Flexible hours
We understand your pressures. Our practitioners all work different hours to allow you to make an appointment as quickly as possible.
A safe place
We provide a comfortable atmosphere in which individuals can feel safe to talk openly, be heard, respected, understood and offered sound practical solutions to your personal, family or business difficulties.

Focussed Psychological Strategies
We can work together with you to provide outcomes in a broad range of issues, topics, and mental heath presentations. Not only are our family therapists mental health trained, but our occupational therapists and psychologists are registered with AHPRA – Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency – meaning they can receive referrals from authorised medical practitioners and rebates from health funds.

Infection Control Update
We are keeping abreast of infection control issues across the community. We have always taken infection control very seriously, and you will notice that we keep distance where appropriate, or we wear masks when within 1.5 metres. This allows you to be protected.
While face-to-face sessions are a normal part of our practice, all practitioners offer therapy sessions online, which is known as “telehealth”.
Our COVID-19 Telehealth page has more information and, as always, if you have questions or concerns, please call us us or email reception@adelaidetherapy.com.
First Peoples – Acknowledgement of Country
We acknowledge our offices are on the traditional lands of the Kaurna people and we respect their spiritual relationship with their country. We acknowledge the Kaurna people as the custodians of the greater Adelaide region and that their cultural and heritage beliefs are still as important to the living Kaurna people today. We pay tribute to elders and leaders; past, present and emerging of all Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Peoples. We pay our respects to the cultural authority of Aboriginal people from other lands & waters of South Australia and Australia.
